My passion for festivals and live music led to my love of Silent Disco! There's nothing quite like losing yourself in the music with a choice of channels. It's exhilarating, fun, and utterly addictive! That's why, over 7 years ago, I launched my own silent disco business, and it has brought endless joy to me and everyone who has experienced their own unique Silent Disco!

I discovered the incredible impact it had on young adults with learning disabilities and individuals living with Dementia! This inspired me to create the amazing Golden Groove program, offering vibrant music and exercise classes powered by silent disco technology. It's been a fantastic journey, and the results have been nothing short of remarkable!
